No. 3 Party of the Year

H20: THE ELEMENT OF LIFE
To highlight one of the Red Cross’ priorities to get clean water supplies to disaster situations around the world and to move away from the typical country themed events associated with charity balls, Left Field Productions devised a more abstract ‘water’ themed event with contemporary and minimalist styling to contrast with the previous year’s lavish Indian theme. Highlights included a transparent invitation, walls of cascading water around the perimeter of the room, a 10 meter water curtain across the front of the stage, mirrored table tops with transparent Philippe Starck Louis Ghost chairs, and flowers submerged in water as centerpieces.
